How to request deletion
You can start the deletion process from Profile > Delete account in the app, which opens this public page, or by writing to support@squadevents.eu from the email address linked to your account if you cannot access the app.
Use the email subject "Account deletion request" so the request can be handled faster.
What will usually be deleted
- Profile details and direct account identifiers that no longer need to be kept.
- Personal references in product records where deletion or anonymization is operationally possible.
What may be retained
- Financial, accounting, anti-fraud, and security records that must be kept by law or for legitimate platform protection.
- Minimal audit records showing that a deletion request was received and completed.
Children and parent requests
If personal data was submitted directly by a child under 14, a parent or guardian may contact support@squadevents.eu and request review or deletion.
Verification and timeline
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion is completed.
The standard completion target is within 30 days after a verified request, unless a longer period is required by law.
