1. Main categories
- Account and profile data: kept while the account is active and for a limited handling period after closure or deletion.
- Event, squad, and chat data: kept while the related context is active and for as long as needed for service continuity, moderation, and abuse prevention.
- Support correspondence: kept while the case is open and for a reasonable follow-up period after closure.
- Payment, treasury, accounting, and anti-fraud records: kept as long as Bulgarian accounting, tax, or similar legal rules require.
- Security and diagnostic logs: kept for a limited period needed for incident analysis and protection of the platform.
2. Deletion and anonymization
When a valid deletion request is completed, data that no longer needs to be kept is removed or anonymized according to the operational process in place at that time.
3. Legal holds and audit trail
We keep enough internal record of policy application, deletion handling, and security decisions to show compliance when required and to respond to lawful requests.
