Terms of Service

1. Service operator and scope

Squad Events is operated by Alexander Vassilev from Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms for the features you access.

2. Minimum age and accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to create and use a Squad Events account on your own.
• If you are under 14, do not create an account or submit personal data through the service directly.
• Provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use and content

• Use the service only for lawful team coordination and related communication.
• Do not post abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Do not misuse invitations, mentions, reactions, notifications, or chat features to harass, spam, or mislead other users.

4. Events, teams, and payments

Organizers are responsible for the correctness of the event details, participant lists, and payment expectations they publish in the app.

Squad Events provides coordination, visibility, and tracking tools. Teams remain responsible for their own decisions, settlement rules, accounting obligations, and compliance duties.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Squad Events is not a bank, payment institution, or escrow service.

5. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or violate applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion according to the public deletion flow.

6. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Squad Events is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and liability is limited to foreseeable damages directly caused by our breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Mandatory consumer protection rules and any court jurisdiction rules that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
